ARAI / ICAT auto-parts compliance, can you handle homologation refs in Magento?

Yes, this is critical for any Chakan / PCMC auto-parts merchant selling road-legal components. ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) is HQ-Pune and is the primary homologation body for vehicle / auto-parts certification in India. ICAT (International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar) is the parallel body.
