Yes. About a third of my consulting engagements include sitting in on calls between the merchant and their delivery team as an independent technical reviewer.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes - standard mutual NDA. Send your paper or I will send a template.
Will you also implement the fixes you recommend?
Optionally. The audit and the build are separate purchases - you are not locked in. About 60% of audit clients also book the fix sprint; the rest run it themselves or with their existing team.
How is this different from your e-commerce consulting service?

Are you Adobe Certified?
Yes. Adobe Certified Magento + Hyvä developer since September 2021. Working with Magento 2 since 2017.
Do you consult on Mage-OS as well?
Yes. Mage-OS is a viable path for some merchants and I have an honest opinion on when it is the right call versus staying on Adobe's branch.
Can the retainer scale up if a project lands?
Yes - retainer hours can be raised month to month. The hourly rate stays at $25/hr regardless.
Do you do M&A technical due diligence?
Yes - Magento-specific technical due diligence is a frequent audit booking. The 20-page report format works well for an acquisition data room.
