Can you do face-to-face kickoff at SoHo / DUMBO / Hudson Yards / Tribeca?

Yes, we travel to NYC for Enterprise-tier engagements, and for Standard-tier when the client prefers it. Typical kickoff venues we’ve used: SoHo / NoLita (coffee at La Colombe Lafayette or Café Integral, close to most DTC brand HQs and photo-studio belt), Williamsburg / DUMBO Brooklyn (Devoción Williamsburg or Cafe Grumpy, creative agency + tech-startup density), Hudson Yards / Midtown (Coach + Cartier luxury anchor, we meet at hotel lobbies like Equinox Hotel Hudson Yards for discretion), Tribeca / Flatiron (fintech and startup HQs, Joe Coffee Pro Shop or directly in the client building), Financial District / FiDi (BFSI clients prefer their own building, we badge in via reception), Garment District (7th Avenue fashion-wholesale offices). For online kickoffs we use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom in EST-friendly slots. Our IST-night-shift team works 6:30pm, 2:30am IST = 9am, 5pm EST, full overlap with NYC business hours.
