I’m based in India too, what’s the working overlap?

Same-day overlap for Indian merchants. We’re in Ahmedabad (IST same as you). Standard hours 9 AM - 7 PM IST, but flex earlier for clients with morning standups (7-9 AM IST) or later for those preferring evening syncs. Calls happen on Google Meet / Zoom / WhatsApp video, your pick. For escalations, WhatsApp + email + Slack channels (your call) get fastest response.
