How do I integrate Indian shipping (Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket) with Magento?

Three patterns:

1. Single carrier direct (Delhivery / Bluedart / DTDC API), for stores with one logistics partner, cleaner integration, lower per-order fees.
2. Aggregator (Shiprocket / Pickrr / iThink Logistics), auto-routes orders to cheapest courier per pincode, single integration, ~2-5% per-order fee but cuts shipping cost ~20%.
3. Hybrid, aggregator for non-COD prepaid + direct courier for high-volume routes (Mumbai-Delhi / Bangalore-Hyderabad) where you negotiate slabs.

All three integrate via Magento custom shipping methods, we wire AWB generation, label printing, manifest, and reverse-pickup flows.
