The audit is yours to keep regardless of who builds the migration, no lock-in.

Some yes, some need work. Hyvä needs a compat module for each Luma extension to render frontend HTML. Three outcomes per extension:

1. Vendor ships Hyvä compat, install, done. (Mageplaza, Amasty, Magefan, Mirasvit usually fall here.)
2. Community compat module exists, install + test.
3. Custom bridge needed, I rebuild the frontend layer (Tailwind + Alpine partial).

The pre-project audit catalogues every extension on your store and tells you which bucket it’s in. You see the full report before any work starts, no surprises mid-build.

If you don’t have one, I have a standard mutual NDA I can send. NDA work is at the same rate as non-NDA, no premium. Logos / quotes stay out of my portfolio until you say otherwise (or forever).

I prefer fixed-price projects over hourly, you get a predictable number, I keep the velocity. But for hourly engagements:

Once you have the audit report, you can either book the migration with me, take the plan to another developer (no lock-in), or DIY it. For ad-hoc small tasks on an existing Hyvä build (bug fix, single-page customisation, performance tweak) I bill hourly with a 2-hour minimum.
